Jim Graham, Owner and Administrator
Jim started Phoenix Home Health in 2007. His vision is to keep seniors in their home safely as long as possible. Jim says that his family, church, friends and coworkers are some of the most important people to him and that he is grateful to God for all the blessings he's been given.
Claudette Brumit RN, BSN Director of Nursing
Claudette started at Phoenix Home Health as an RN Case Manager in 2012. She moved into the Director of Nursing position soon after. Claudette began her nursing career in 2010 and spent a little over a year working with the pediatric population. She moved into home health nursing after that, and quickly realized it was her calling.
After she and her husband raised their two daughters, they adopted a talking Macaw parrot named Fletcher who has captured their hearts. Spending time with her family and going to church are Claudette's favorite activities. She also enjoys fishing and going camping (in a cabin) at the lake.
Claudette is available to clients, their caregivers and providers by telephone or in person. She encourages anyone seeking more information about home health to call.
Gina Wedel Director of Billing
Gina has been with Phoenix since it first opened its doors in 2007. Gina has a vast experience with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies.
